FOUNDER NXT PURCHASE TERMS
Effective date: 24 August 2026
These terms govern purchases of Founder Nxt from Paul Battrick, Suite 7, 13 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London, W1S 1HN, United Kingdom. Questions may be sent to nxt@paulbattrick.site.
THE OFFER
Founder Nxt is a private founder community providing peer discussion, implementation prompts, community areas and the operating activities described on the offer page. It is not professional legal, financial, tax, investment, medical or employment advice.
Eligibility for the founding offer is available to a purchaser of two or more copies of Beyond the Wall, subject to the published eligibility and verification process. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each purchase provides one individual membership seat.
PRICE AND DURATION
The founding purchase is a single payment of £97 for access for one year from the date access is supplied.
Continued access after that year may be purchased separately for £190 for a further year. The continuation purchase is also a one-time payment. Founder Nxt does not automatically renew and no recurring payment is created. We may contact you before access ends, but you are not obliged to continue.
The checkout will show the total price before you place the order. No physical product, postage or delivery charge is included.
ORDERING AND ACCESS
Your order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we send confirmation. Access instructions will normally be sent electronically to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and checking filtered or spam folders.
Access is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared, resold or used to provide access to another person. Please contact us if you need to correct purchaser details.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Members must protect confidential information, avoid unsolicited pitching, spam and harvesting member details, challenge ideas without diminishing people, and use professional judgement before acting on peer discussion. We may moderate content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect members, comply with law or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the concern and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Founder Nxt and its original materials remain the intellectual property of Paul Battrick or the identified rights holder. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own internal business purposes during the applicable access period. You may not republish, sell, sublicense, upload to a shared library, train a public or third-party AI model on, or distribute the materials without written permission.
Members retain ownership of material they post but grant the permissions reasonably needed to display and administer it within the community. Do not post material you lack the right to share.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may make proportionate changes to topics, schedules, features and delivery methods to improve or protect the service. We will not knowingly remove the essential substance of the purchased one-year membership without an appropriate remedy. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or provider outages.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Consumer cancellation rights and the treatment of immediate digital or service access are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to services or digital content that are not provided with reasonable care and skill, are not as described, or are otherwise defective.
RESPONSIBILITY
You remain responsible for business decisions and for obtaining qualified advice where appropriate. We do not guarantee revenue, growth, investment, acquisition, exit or other commercial outcomes.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. For a business purchaser, our aggregate liability arising from the purchased membership will not exceed the amount paid for that access period, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
GENERAL
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms and the documents linked from the checkout form the agreement for this purchase.
English law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and right to bring proceedings available where you live. If you are purchasing wholly in the course of business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
