INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you purchase or use Founder Nxt, we may collect your name, email address, business name, billing and contact details, purchase and membership records, community profile and posts, support correspondence, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
WHY WE USE IT
We use personal information to process and administer your purchase; create and manage your Founder Nxt access; provide community features, support and service communications; maintain security and enforce community standards; keep accounting, tax and contractual records; and improve the service using proportionate operational information.
Our main lawful bases are performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving Founder Nxt. Where consent is required, we will ask separately.
Purchasing Founder Nxt does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email. Any marketing choice will be separate and optional.
WHO RECEIVES IT
We use carefully selected providers to operate the service, including systeme.io for pages, checkout, email and community access, and the connected payment processor for payment handling. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, regulators or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Membership and service records are kept while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Transaction, accounting and contractual records may normally be retained for up to six years, or longer where the law, a dispute or an investigation requires it. Support and community information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to particular uses. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis used.
Contact nxt@paulbattrick.site to exercise a right or raise a concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
COOKIES AND SECURITY
The site and its service providers use cookies and similar technology needed for login, checkout, security and core functionality. Any non-essential analytics or marketing technology will be handled through the appropriate notice and choice mechanism.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Please protect your login details and notify us promptly if you suspect misuse.
CHANGES
We may update this notice when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this site with its effective date.
