Consumer cancellation right
If you purchase as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.
Founder Nxt is designed to provide online community and digital access promptly. At checkout, you may be asked to request that supply begins during the 14-day cancellation period and to acknowledge how beginning digital supply can affect the cancellation right.
If you cancel after asking us to begin a service during that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation. Where particular digital content has been supplied immediately following your express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right for that digital content may be lost once supply begins. These rules do not remove statutory remedies if digital content is faulty or a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
If you do not request immediate supply, access may be delayed until the cancellation period ends.
How to cancel
Email nxt@paulbattrick.site with:
your name;
the email address used to purchase;
the purchase date; and
a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
You may use those words or any other unambiguous cancellation statement. We will acknowledge the request and explain any lawful deduction before completing the refund.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and normally within 14 days after we are informed of the cancellation. Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Business purchases and later requests
The statutory consumer cooling-off right does not apply where the purchaser is acting wholly in the course of business. Outside a statutory right, refunds are not automatic after access has been supplied, but we will review duplicate payments, technical failure to provide access and other exceptional circumstances fairly.
Continuation purchases
The £190 continuation is a separate one-time purchase for a further year. It does not create an automatic renewal. Consumer cancellation rights apply to that purchase in the same way described above.
Complaints
Please send a complaint to nxt@paulbattrick.site with enough detail for us to investigate. We aim to acknowledge it promptly and provide a substantive response within a reasonable time. This policy does not restrict any right to pursue another remedy or contact an appropriate consumer-protection body.
