Beyond the Wall™ Launch Reward Terms

1. Promoter and status
The promoter is Paul Battrick, Suite 7, 13 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London, W1S 1HN, United Kingdom. Reward support: book@paulbattrick.site.
This is a purchase-linked reward offer, not a prize draw, competition or game of chance. Amazon is the retailer for the qualifying book purchase. Amazon does not sponsor, administer or endorse this offer.
2. Who may claim
You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, or be authorised by a purchasing organisation based in the United Kingdom, to submit the claim and receive access. The reward offer applies only to qualifying purchases made through Amazon.co.uk. The book itself may be purchased elsewhere, but purchases through other Amazon marketplaces do not qualify for these rewards.
3. Qualifying purchases and deadlines
A qualifying launch purchase is a completed Amazon.co.uk order for paperback copies of Beyond the Wall placed from 24 August 2026 at 00:00 UK time to 22 September 2026 at 23:59 UK time, inclusive. The order date on the Amazon confirmation determines eligibility.
Claims for multi-copy launch rewards must be received by 29 September 2026 at 23:59 UK time. The evergreen one-copy Personal Wall-Breakthrough Pack remains available after that date.
Separate eligible Amazon orders may be combined where every order:
was placed within the qualifying period;
remains active and has not been cancelled or refunded; and
belongs to the same claimant or purchasing organisation.
Each Amazon order number may be used for one claim only. Kindle purchases do not count towards the 5, 10, 25 or 100-paperback thresholds.
4. Reward levels
1 eligible paperback copy: Personal Wall-Breakthrough Pack.
5 eligible paperback copies: Leadership Team Breakthrough System, plus the one-copy reward.
10 eligible paperback copies: Complete Own Your Market System, plus the lower rewards.
25 eligible paperback copies: AI-Powered Business Transformation Vault, plus the lower rewards.
100 eligible paperback copies: Executive Transformation Intensive, plus all lower rewards, subject to the capacity terms below.
Only the highest verified level is issued for a claim. Included lower-level resources are not additional duplicate licences.
5. How to claim
Open https://www.paulbattrick.site/claim and follow the current instructions. Claims are submitted by email to book@paulbattrick.site.
Provide your name, delivery email, business name where applicable, order date, Amazon.co.uk order number and qualifying paperback quantity. Attach or forward a readable Amazon.co.uk confirmation showing the book title, order date, order number and quantity.
You may conceal your delivery address, payment information and unrelated purchases. Never send passwords, card details, bank information, Amazon credentials or one-time security codes.
Submission does not by itself create entitlement. Every claim receives a human eligibility check. We aim to verify a complete claim within five working days after all required evidence is received.
6. Duplicate, incomplete and disputed claims
We may request clarification where an order number is missing, unreadable, already recorded or inconsistent with other information. A claim will not be rejected as a duplicate without a human check.
If a claim is declined, we will provide a plain-language reason. You may request a review by emailing book@paulbattrick.site within 14 calendar days of the decision.
7. Delivery and permitted use
Approved digital rewards are delivered by email or through a private membership area. If the normal platform is temporarily unavailable, substantially the same material may be provided through a secure alternative.
Digital rewards are licensed to the qualifying purchaser or purchasing organisation for its own internal use. They may not be resold, republished, placed in a public or shared content library, sublicensed or distributed outside the stated user allowance.
The book and rewards are educational business-development materials. They do not replace legal, financial, tax, employment, medical or other regulated professional advice.
8. Executive Transformation Intensive
The 100-copy reward is limited to the first three approved qualifying claims.
One qualifying purchasing organisation receives one Intensive.
It must be booked within 60 calendar days of claim approval and delivered within six months of approval, subject to mutually available dates.
One reschedule is permitted with at least seven calendar days' notice.
Further or late changes may result in the session being treated as used, except where that would be unfair or circumstances outside the claimant's reasonable control apply.
The Intensive is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
Scope, attendees, format, preparation requirements and session length will be confirmed in writing before booking.
9. Cancellations, refunds and returns
A cancelled or refunded Amazon order is not a qualifying purchase. If cancellation or refund is confirmed before fulfilment, the claim will be declined. If confirmed after fulfilment, we may withdraw continuing membership, updates or service access linked to that order.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. Exercising a cancellation or return right may mean the purchase no longer qualifies for this separate reward offer.
10. Availability and technical problems
Published terms will not be changed to the material disadvantage of someone who has already made a qualifying purchase, except where required by law or circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.
If a named digital item becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with an item of equal or greater practical value. If the claim route suffers a verified technical failure near a deadline, a reasonable alternative will be provided and an otherwise timely claim will not be rejected solely because of that failure.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and protections available where they live.
