Beyond the Wall™ Reward Claim Privacy Notice

Effective date: 24 August 2026

1. Who controls your information

Paul Battrick, Suite 7, 13 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London, W1S 1HN, United Kingdom, is the controller of personal information used to administer Beyond the Wall reward claims. Contact book@paulbattrick.site.

2. Information collected

We may collect:

  • your name, email address and business or organisation, where supplied;

  • Amazon marketplace, order date, order number and quantity;

  • a forwarded confirmation or screenshot and information left visible within it;

  • claim status, verification notes, reward level, delivery record and correspondence; and

  • basic submission and security logs generated by the email, storage or membership services used.

We do not need payment-card or bank information, Amazon credentials, delivery addresses or information about unrelated purchases. Please conceal those details before sending evidence.

3. Why the information is used

We use the information to:

  • assess and fulfil the reward claim under the published offer;

  • prevent duplicate claims and protect the integrity of the offer;

  • deliver and support the approved reward access; and

  • resolve complaints or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

The principal lawful bases are performance of the reward offer contract, legitimate interests in operating a fair one-claim-per-order process, and legal obligation where applicable.

Submitting a reward claim does not subscribe you to marketing. Any marketing choice is separate and optional.

4. Where information comes from

Most information comes directly from you through email and the Amazon confirmation you choose to provide. We do not access your Amazon account. We may receive access, delivery or support records from the services used to administer your claim.

5. Who receives it

Access is limited to Paul Battrick and authorised people who need the information to verify, fulfil, support or secure the reward offer.

Service providers used for this process may include Namecheap Private Email for email handling, systeme.io for webpages, course access, membership delivery and related administration, and Google Drive or Google Sheets for restricted claim records and operational control. They process information under their applicable contractual and security arrangements.

We do not sell claim information or ordinarily send claim evidence to Amazon. Information may be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights, or to investigate a genuine security or fraud concern.

6. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations, recognised contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Retention

  • Raw Amazon evidence and evidence attachments are deleted within 90 days after fulfilment or the final claim decision, unless a live dispute or legal requirement requires a temporary hold.

  • The claim and order-number register is retained until 24 months after the claim deadline, then identifying fields are deleted or anonymised.

  • Access and fulfilment records are retained while access remains active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a dispute or legal requirement needs a longer period.

  • Marketing consent and suppression records, if any, are managed separately and retained only as necessary to demonstrate and respect communication preferences.

8. Service messages and marketing

Acknowledgements, evidence requests, verification decisions, access instructions and essential service updates are administrative claim messages. They are kept separate from unrelated promotion.

9. Security

We use restricted access, private storage, account-security controls and data minimisation appropriate to the information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but claim evidence is limited to authorised access and we do not ask for payment or Amazon login credentials.

10. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information; object to processing based on legitimate interests; or receive certain information in a portable form. These rights are not absolute in every case.

To exercise a right or raise a concern, contact book@paulbattrick.site. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

11. Automated decisions and changes

Claim decisions are not made solely by automated processing. Formulas or duplicate flags may support a human reviewer.

This notice may be updated if the claim process or service providers change. A material new use of claim information will be explained before it begins.
